1. Eligibility

This Referral Program (“Program”) is open to individuals and organizations (“Advocates”) who have a valid Reditus account and agree to these Terms and Conditions. BrizoSystem reserves the right to approve or reject any participant at its sole discretion.

2. Referral Commission

• Advocates will earn a 20% recurring commission on each successful referral’s paid subscription.
• The commission is calculated based on the net amount actually received by BrizoSystem, excluding refunds, chargebacks, and taxes.
• The commission is payable for a maximum duration of 12 months from the initial subscription date of the referred customer.

3. Payouts

• Commissions are processed and paid out through Reditus according to its standard payout schedule and policies.
• Minimum payout thresholds, payment methods, and timing are governed by Reditus’ payment terms.
• Any disputes related to payout timing or processing must be directed to Reditus support.

4. Referral Tracking

• All referrals must be tracked via the unique referral link provided through Reditus.
• BrizoSystem is not responsible for referrals not properly tracked or credited due to the Advocate’s error, browser settings, or other technical limitations.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Advocates must not:

• Misrepresent BrizoSystem’s services or make false claims.
• Engage in spam, misleading advertising, or unethical marketing.
• Use their own referral link to receive commissions on self-purchases.

Any violation of these rules may result in immediate termination from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

6. Termination

BrizoSystem reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
If the Program ends, eligible commissions accumulated prior to the termination date will still be paid according to the normal payout schedule.

7. Modification of Terms

BrizoSystem may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

BrizoSystem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to the Referral Program.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
