Common Questions

What file formats does BrizoSystem accept?
BrizoSystem accepts .csv and .xlsx files. You can export a trial balance, profit & loss, or balance sheet from virtually any accounting system in one of these formats.
Does CSV import give me fewer features than a native integration?
No. CSV-imported entities use the same consolidation engine as Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, and Zoho Books entities. You get multi-entity consolidation, intercompany eliminations, multi-currency, accounting standards, and all reports — no difference.
Can I mix CSV entities with natively connected entities in the same group?
Yes. A group can include entities from different sources — some connected via direct API and others uploaded by CSV. BrizoSystem consolidates them all together seamlessly.
How do I update figures for a new period?
Simply re-upload a new CSV for the relevant entity and period. Your consolidated reports update automatically. There's no need to reconfigure mappings each time — BrizoSystem remembers your column settings.
