These Terms apply to users located in Singapore, Australia, and the United States, and other users globally where applicable.

5. Services & Acceptable Use
- BrizoSystem provides financial consolidation, reporting, and analytics services.
- Users must not:
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Services.
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce the Services.
- Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
- Upload or share illegal, harmful, or offensive Content.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Services.
6. Fees & Payment
- Fees are as specified on our website or in your service agreement.
- Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of access.
- Fees may be updated upon notice to Users.
7. Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights in the Services and Content remain with BrizoSystem or its licensors.
- Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
8. Data Protection & Privacy
- Personal data is processed in compliance with:
- Singapore: Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA)
- Australia: Privacy Act 1988
- United States: applicable federal and state privacy laws, including CCPA where relevant.

- To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrizoSystem is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Direct liability is limited to the amount of fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless BrizoSystem and its affiliates from claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Use of the Services.
- Violation of these Terms.
- Infringement of third-party rights.
14. Termination
- BrizoSystem may suspend or terminate a User’s access for breach of these Terms, unlawful activity, or at our discretion.
- Users may terminate their account by canceling the subscription, subject to applicable notice periods.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- Singapore: governed by Singapore law; disputes resolved in Singapore courts.
- Australia: governed by Australian law; disputes resolved in relevant state or federal courts.
- United States: governed by the laws of the state specified in your service agreement; disputes resolved in state or federal courts.
- Other jurisdictions may apply local law.
16. Updates to Terms
- Terms may be updated from time to time.
- Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice.
- Continued use constitutes acceptance.
